1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following words carry specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to all pages, services, and activities of 7r7.cam.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on this platform.
• "Deposit" refers to funds added to a user's account.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of taking funds out of an account.
• "Bonus" refers to additional funds or benefits provided as promotional offers, cashback, or rewards.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process.

In this document, singular words also include the plural, and masculine words also include the feminine and neuter genders.

2. Account Registration

The following conditions must be followed when creating an account on the 7r7 platform:

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• If an account is created with false information, it will be closed immediately and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password completely confidential.
• You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• If you believe your account security has been compromised, you must notify the support team immediately.
• Granting account access to third parties is prohibited.

2.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (such as mobile number or bank account), you must notify the 7r7 support team immediately. 7r7 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

7r7 reserves the right to verify the identity and age of any user at any time. For this purpose, the following documents may be requested:

• Scanned copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account).

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until the verification process is complete. Information provided will be kept secure in accordance with our privacy policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (the same for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Deposits must be made only from the account owner's own payment account.
• Depositing using a payment account in a third party's name is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Processing a withdrawal generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the payment account used at the time of deposit.
• KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold if any bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 7r7 platform are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The applicable promo code (if any) must be used at the time of the first deposit to receive the bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, bets totalling 25 times the combined amount (deposit + bonus) must be placed.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• After receiving the bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within a specified period.

5.2 VIP Cashback

7r7's VIP program has three levels:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP level through regular gaming activity. Specific wagering conditions may also apply to VIP cashback.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• 7r7 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a fraudulent attempt is made to collect a bonus, the account will be closed.
• In any dispute regarding bonuses, the decision of 7r7 will be considered final.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 7r7 reserves the right to void any odds or payout issued incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If a game or match is abandoned mid-way, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to the applicable rules.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Specified odds and terms and conditions apply to betting on cricket, football, and other sports.
• If evidence of match fixing or any unfair advantage is found, all related bets will be voided.
• If the connection is lost during live betting, the bet will be settled at the state of the game at that moment.

6.3 Casino Games

• The outcome of all casino games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, the game log record will be treated as the final proof.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7r7 platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Creating multiple accounts in one person's name.
• Playing games using any automated software, bot, or script.
• Breaching the security of the platform through hacking, phishing, or any other technical means.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Cheating or colluding with other members to place bets.
• Threatening or harassing other members or staff of the platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Rights of 7r7

7r7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Financial irregularities or suspicious transactions.
• Instructions from legal authorities.

8.2 User Rights

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact the 7r7 support team. All valid balances should be withdrawn before closure.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or mistakes.
